Return Window

You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition Requirements

All items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Refund Details

A flat processing fee of ₹50 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling costs.

For example: on a ₹1,500 product, you'll be refunded ₹1,450.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we approve the return.
Exchanges

Prefer an exchange? You're welcome to exchange items within the 7-day window.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

If your requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund—minus the ₹50 processing fee—will be issued.
Non-Returnable Items

Items marked as final sale or purchased during special discounts/promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

Returns showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.
