EXCHANGE/RETURNS POLICY

At Kixor Corner, your satisfaction matters most. We strive to make our exchange and return process smooth, fair, and transparent.

Return Window

  • You may initiate a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements

  • All items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Refund Details

  • A flat processing fee of ₹50 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover handling costs.

  • For example: on a ₹1,500 product, you'll be refunded ₹1,450.

  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we approve the return.

Exchanges

  • Prefer an exchange? You're welcome to exchange items within the 7-day window.

  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

  • If your requested replacement item is unavailable, a refund—minus the ₹50 processing fee—will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or purchased during special discounts/promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Returns showing signs of wear, use, or damage will not be accepted.
