EXCHANGE / RETURNS POLICY

At Kixor Corner, we are committed to providing a smooth, fair, and transparent return and exchange experience.

Return Window

  • You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

Condition Requirements

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Refund Details

  • A flat ₹50 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds to cover handling costs.
  • Example: For a ₹1,500 order, the refund amount will be ₹1,450.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Exchanges

  • You can request an exchange within the 7-day window.
  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, a refund (after deducting ₹50) will be issued.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale or purchased during discounts/promotions are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Products showing signs of use, wear, or damage will not be accepted.

Partial Payment Policy

  • Any partial payment made to confirm an order is non-refundable under all circumstances.
  • Partial payments are considered a final commitment from the customer.
  • No refunds will be issued on partial payments in case of order cancellation by the customer.

  2. Ensure the product is securely packed with all original materials.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return or exchange process and arrange pickup/shipping if required.
